We will send you Proforma Invoice with bank details if you confirm order. We need to know the following information for your order, it will be a great help to deliver your goods in time:
* Your company name, address, phone and fax number.
* Forwarder's (shipping agent's) contact details - your forwarder in
China or HongKong, attention person, phone and fax number, and email address.
* Shipping mark จC front mark and side mark.
* Shipping information จC consignee, notify party, destination port.

2. Payment Terms.
* Full payment in advance if order value less than USD1,000.
* 30% deposit, the balance upon copy of B/L.
* 30% deposit, the balance upon irrevocable L/C at sight.

Our company account is in HSBC in Hong Kong.
In order to short the deliver time, please fax or email us a bank receipt after you settle the payment.
We usually receive payment of small sum through Western Union, such as sample charges.
Regret that we don't have PayPal, which charges us a lot.

3. Sample, Sample Cost and Postage.
Usually, we don't provide free sample, but some keychain lights or finger lights.
We never prepay courier charges at the beginning of business. If you are serious to this order, please confirm Fright Collected and let us know your carrier
account No, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, or call TNT.
You may pay delivery charges together with sample charges, prepay is cheaper than collect.
Remark: we required customers in HongKong pay for both sample charge
and postage.

We accept order in any quantity, if you could accept our price, haha.
Usually, we hope customer would order not less than USD1,000. Smaller order

5. About LOGO, Artwork and Charge.
We accept to imprinting customerกฏs logo on products. We used to do it.
Different product materials requie different logo charges. Usually, metal case can carve only 1 color, which is metal color. On the plastic case, 1 colour LOGO is free of charge, 2 colors charges USD0.01/PC, 3 colors
charges USD0.02/PC, and so on.
Please send us LOGO in AI or CDR form, or JPG form in not less than 300dpi,
document in these forms is a good help for us to output film. Please also send color scale number if you have, such as Pantone number.

6. About Color Box and Charge.
If you have your own design, we can print it for you, charges are upon how many pieces your order is.

7. What is the Warranty of Your Products?
12 months. We would like to provide some components to replace when we send out the order.
